I have a DE task that is corrupt and I am trying to resurrect it (Ace Labs support very slow). The original task for some reason now details the patient drive as having 0mb. So it thinks the sectors I am trying to image are out of range. I have created a new task and the patient reads the full volume.

What parts of the old task do I need to import into the new task?

I have imported these:-
Attr.map
Head.map
Stat_0.text

But the stats in the new task all read as 0 read.
Any ideas.

I just copy the Attr.map over to the new task folder, recalculate and redo the headmap. Though, I suppose you could copy the Head.map over too, but I haven't tested to say whether or not that works for the headmap.

Thanks Luke. After further review it does work swapping the attr.map files. When I first looked at the task I looked at the statistics and it still reported read sectors as 0. But if you go into the mapped files area it has picked up all the previously read sectors. So I also swapped the heads.map and the xxx.SQ3 file and that also works in the new task.
