Hi I got a st2000dm001 1ch164-505 CC44 SU with a burned headset. it has heads 0-4 but normally these drives only has heads 0-3! Any ideas on what model donerdrive could be used or what to do (besides from buying up bulk on ebay and hoping to find a match  )regards Michael |

You can determine heads # by the s/n. |

This model can have 4, 5 or 6 heads. |

Or, you can use the 3TB model which always has 6 heads. |
