 Post subject: Flash boot code checksum failure! on ST2000DM001

I need some help

I have this drive and it was clicking . we find the right donor and replaced the head

now after the head is replaced on pc3000 terminal I am getting the following error

drive show busy and can not read

Here is the drive information

look like rom is corrupt

Usually that happens when rom chip pins have bad soldering joints to pads (in this case motor will not even spin).
Check rom pins under microscope, if you see that soldering is bad then solder it again properly by using Amtech or MG flux paste.

Or it might be that rom got damaged.
