ST3000DM001 Capacity: 3.6 gb. it blocks DRD DSC and ERR ABR

Hello I have a hard drive of my client. In PC-3000 it shows the model, SN, FW but Capacity: 3.6 gb. it blocks DRD DSC and ERR ABR
I thought there is Head's problem

HDD out of service

ST3000DM001

Date: 13296

PreampType: B4 03

Donor hard drive

PN: 1CH166-302

I tried changing Head Donor but it's the same problem: It shows the model, SN, FW but Capacity: 3.6 gb. it blocks DRD DSC and ERR ABR

I searched the hard drive with PreampType: B4 03 on the site donordrives.com, harddrivesforsale.com, ebay but it is not diposible.

My question:

if the head is not compatible, he can not find the model ?

you can use another hard disk with other PreampType that compatible with the hard disk PreampType: B4 03 ?

Correct, if the preamp is not compatible, then it cannot read the firmware, which contains the drive model.

Need at least B4 more than likely.

Head 4 broke well (see photo).
It is possible to disable the Head 4 to read other head.
