Hello I have a hard drive of my client. In PC-3000 it shows the model, SN, FW but Capacity: 3.6 gb. it blocks DRD DSC and ERR ABR I thought there is Head's problem HDD out of service ST3000DM001 S / N: W1F28494 PN: 1CH166-505 FW: CC44 Date: 13296 Site Code: WU PreampType: B4 03 Donor hard drive ST3000DM001 S / N: W1F2QVR5 PN: 1CH166-302 FW: CC26 Date: 13377 Site Code: WU PreampType: CC 06 I tried changing Head Donor but it's the same problem: It shows the model, SN, FW but Capacity: 3.6 gb. it blocks DRD DSC and ERR ABR I searched the hard drive with PreampType: B4 03 on the site donordrives.com, harddrivesforsale.com, ebay but it is not diposible. My question: if the head is not compatible, he can not find the model ? you can use another hard disk with other PreampType that compatible with the hard disk PreampType: B4 03 ? Just to be sure, did you try the patient head in the donor hdd ? What were the results ? |
