Damaged ROM WD10TMVW-11ZSMS0

Hello,
Can anyone please help me how to find compatible ROM to this drive? PCB of patient is bad and I want to avoid soldering. I tried about 10 different ROMs of size 512 Kb, but nothing works. The ROM has maybe size of 256 Kb.

Have seen a lot of bad Helios drives, but not many pcb´s - whats wrong ?

If you have PC3000, have you tried to read ROM by COM-port?
Or the PCB is 100% dead?

Helios drive use 2 different PCBs i think, whats the number on PCB ?

Why? resoldering ROM to e good electronic board is the chipest and best solution.
