Need ROM Samsung 1TB F3 Family | HE103SJ/D FW: 1AJ30001

Anyone has this ROM ?

Drive is Samsung 1TB
Model: HE103SJ (DELL OEM)

The symptoms are that drive refuse to spinup with original pcb+rom, have tried to swap rom to donor pcb but same. drive only spin up with donor pcb + donor rom. So i guess rom is faulty.

Luckily I found a close drive, did a hotswap and adopted the new ROM, the case is closed. But for R&D if you want i can upload it ?
