This drive WD 4TB drive (SpyGlass 2.5") USB drive stays busy
WD40NMZW-11GX6S1
converted to SATA , shifted SA regions Address, and detects and shows...

Have you tried a loader yet? If not you need to find a loader with the same firmware from a donor. The loader direct from the drive will not work.

the loader matched.
able to reach SA and test modules

Heads test:- H (0) and H (1) tests bad
h(2) to H (9) are OK

Reading Modules(composite mode):
The following modules are read with errors
6F
2D
12D
189
190




SA structure test gives
Relo list structure error(3) for both copies 0 and 1

attached the log and SA test report
Backed up the modules and tracks..

any pointers to the next step appreciated

H0 and H1 are obviously very weak, but looks like the can still read. Can you get the drive to boot up normally by using the loader and changing the head map in RAM? If not you may need a head swap.
