I find another working Hdd with same details donor hdd HTS727550A9E364 p/n:H2T50001672S mlc:DA4268 head 4 , head map 00 01 02 03 and patient hdd HTS727550A9E364 p/n:H2T50001672S mlc:DA4268 head 4 , head map 00 01 02 03 I start test 1. PCB swap result the both pcbs are working 2. swap heads estimate the all heads are working both patient and donor ( after swap heads : donor hdd working all heads with patient heads and patient hdd with donor heads the same result ) 3. using from resource store from donor after that Hdd detect and access to sa but can't read any sector from sa or lba

Well you screenshots shows very clear whats wrong " USAG no copies read" List of modules can´t be read from SA, you need to fix that. |

Spildit wrote: Thats because it's ARM and you need to load a loader so that you can write the USAG again .... When you can write USAG the drive will know the location of other modules. Thanks Spildit but the resource store is not the same loader due to I tested that before ( 3. using from resource store from donor after that Hdd detect and access to sa but can't read any sector from sa or lba ) and if is that something else how I can create that because pc3000-udma did n't have option for create that and in folder utility start resource

In my working Hdd (donor hdd ) 1. I wrote 00 to USAG modules (copy 0,1) 2. after re power hard drive did't detect 3. I used from using restore resource then I can access to SA even data surface (I have had backup from modules) result in pc3000 don't need to create loader it can be used from modules automate

If i understand you correct, you got access to patient SA. Save patient A modules to your startup folder and use them instead. |

I used from using restore resource with same firmware (from other hdd with the sames model and the same fw) vow hdd detected and I accessed to sa ( read and wrote ) but i dint have surface ( duo to A modules in loader ) I find that my problem is in other place , maybe head or nv-ram,... |

Hi, Does anyone have a solution for this issue. There is no access to SA at all. We have tried head change and and also edit NVRAM no success. We have also same F/W drive and used loader. Ace have looked at it remotely and said that there is no solution. |
