 Post subject: Maxtor 4D080H4

This drive spins and seek ok , but it keep in busy mode. i did hot swap, no good, i try to read in safe mode same thing.... how to fix any heip will be appreciated.

I got the same thing with a Samsung HD160JJ, sounds OK but never becomes ready. Even with Hot Swap! :shock:

if hdd does not park then its fw problem.
if hdd parks, then mostly its card prb
