I have WD3200JS-60PDB0 nocking
i test it by PC-3000 in the kernel mode i read thes data

Techno mode key:
Tech on................................. : Ok

ROM:
ROM reading............................. : Ok
Heads configuration..................... : by map
Heads number............................ : 6
Heads number in use..................... : 6
Switched off heads...................... : No
Head map................................ : 0,1,2,3,4,5


who can explain how to get data from it or what is the work of the points on the pcb E16 e29 e26 ....

sure
they are nice round pieces of copper covered with solder and connected to chips on PCB
and they marked with white paint

You assume that if you get information about some points on the PCB you will be able to fix drive
Your assumption is wrong and in this situation there is no point to provide you information about the points on the PCB

They are test points, what do you expect to read out at them? (assuming you have the proper equipment)

Did you manage to repair damaged HSA through the mentioned testing points??
