You can use Unstoppable Copier and RawCopy on your BartPE boot disk and it works great. Try UBCD4WIN that has Unstoppable Copier already in it.

Unstoppable Copier is very good to copy working files in Windows OS I use it alot but real cloning should have nothing to do with unstabe operating systems as Windows. DOS hardly ever have any problems;) and is a good platform for cloning or copying data.

I prefer Deepspar unless bad sectors are in one head only. If so I use DE with headmap. I have heard that head map option could come to Deepspars overpriced Forensic version.

Head Map option has been available on Deepspar for quite some time.....and works really well. Have you checked the Deepspar forum recently?

I've used Acronis Migrate Easy before but not too sure if i'd recommend it as it can be temperamental.

For a hardware solution I like the Image Master machines

For software, I like Norton Ghost

I don't own any Image Master products, but have seen them in action. They are very good for duplication of healthy hard drives. However, in instances when the drives are failing, they are definitely not reliable. We encountered such a drive which just would not work with the Image Master and we were able to duplicated easily with Deepspar's Forensic Disk Imager.

Again, Ghost is great for copying data from a healthy drive to another healthy drive, but if there are any problems with the physical device or the file system...or the file system is not FAT/NTFS, it is not a good choice.
