Basically the article says:

And the problem is
After 1-3 months of work the HDDs started behave strange - the drives can knock a little during the work and you can even find out bad blocks on a drive. After that the drive dies very quickly (from several hours to several days)
On visual inspection you can see air bubbles under the lid's sticker
If you remove the sticker you can find out there is black dust with particles about 0.05 - 0.1 mm
Same dust was discovered inside HDA which probably causes all the damage
Sergey thinks the drives were produced or transported or stored not like they supposed to be
