I have a samsung HD400LD, and I can not get the information, and I dont know why the hdd it's look like ok in everything by the PC3K but the module header is with error and some others too:

Module header of BISPT.................. : Module header error

Is this module important for the work funtion of the drive?

Then I read with the Data Extractor but it's not working start to have errors and the even the partitions are not shown, even with another type read like hardwares retries.

Anybody have any idea?

No BISPT it is not important at all for normal operation. The problem can be elsewhere but should see what happens in terminal and internal memory of the drive when you try to access data or during work with PC3000. "click and go" is far away to come...
