I have question,
now my hdd is 1TB size.

I used diskmgnt.msc to create
primary partitions = 50GB C:
extended partitions = 900GB , full max disk space.
logical drives D:, E: F:, 300GB, 300GB, 300GB.

in the future if hdd device broke or died? that recovey data program can recover that logical drives data?

any advice if save data/files used "primary" or "logical drive"
which is more safe?

If the disk break or died, you can't get any data, even primary or logical.

If the disk is recognized by BIOS, maybe then you can.
The best way to save files, is to make regular backups for another disk/pen/dvd whatever.

Only thing safe now a days is backups. You should have at least 3 of them in different drives at all times. Then you are safe. If you drive breaks as you call it this can not give you back your data with a logical software recovery program. You need tools and knowledge to do this one. Keep your important data stored in different places and keep it updated at all time. It takes time but it is your data your choice on this one.

why use same disk splitted into partitions as backup is bad idea : definition of KEYFOB : device made to loose a group of keys all together at same time...
