Norton utilities does not know
hddtune can't
hddlife can't
BUT it's fully functional, no errors found while filling all the hard disk space with files and folders.

Hello
I'm not asking to recover my files or data, I'm asking why my hard disk is not reading the serial number or the manufacturer name.
thanks :D

Probably, because it is not quite "repaired".

Likely there are other issues. What kind of test have you run to confirm that is indeed repaired?

And yes, this section of the forum is for "...This forum is for topics on finding new ways to recover data." Not relevant to what you are asking, describing or proposing, etc.
