You might be surprised with what families are cross-compatible in relation to head compatibility :)

I could not find the same model donor in stock and did not want to spend the money on a new part. The patient was really damaged and did not think it was worth investing in a new part that had the exact same model.

Big oh ring on surface 0.. killed the donor heads.

This is true :-)

We very rarely need to order parts for WD, knowing what works with what is much cheaper!!
