I really don't know the Size the the Start field. Is the start the ABA address or anything else? Dose the size mean size in sectors or size in bytes or anything else?
And is the size of SA is the sum of these regions or anything else?
BTW, Ariel Berkman once mentioned a way to calculate the size of SA. Here is his document
