June 28th, 2015, 17:32

Hello Leute,

I want to get access to the Service Area of hard disk, I have

Seatgate (ST 3120026AS), (ST380815AS) , (ST3500418AS),
WD 2500KS-00MJB0 and
Samsung HD103SI

at my disposal for this experiment.

Any tips/ pointers will be highly appreciated :)

bazinga!

here is a real tip: search this forum, there are secret areas called "search results" that have a LOT of info for this. Once you have read up a bit, come back and ask some more specific questions outlaying what you have tried and what gaps are in your new knowledge. there will be people happy to fill you in, and probably without the sarcastic tone as well.

PS, don't take the sarcasm to heart though - we all started somewhere, and it is just light forum jesting more than anything !
