hi can anyone help me i didn't back up one of our users data . i reimaged the laptop twice and bitlocked it and stop bitlock can i still recover it i used recuva and all i can see is the present files

How exactly did the reimaging take place? Was a full drive write on? If yes, old data was overwritten.
