western digital troubles

having mega problem with my hddhackr
have a western digital drive thats already been messed with and serial and firmware been messed with
my problem is the drive is starting to fail and i need to make a clone and copy with firmware and serial etc passed over

hddhackr keeps coming up with wrong sector (---) and cant make the dump of sector 16-20 to rewright the hex

any help would be amazing

Exactly what model is this WD HD? Also, when it was working, before alterations to it were made, was DriveLock active [with or without user password]?
