Hi, Attached is the photograph of the clean room I am designing for myself. It is in the first phase where in multi level filtration is done.
Most of the design is empirical for now but will be introducing a lot of MatLab simulations for the same.
Gotta do the honeycomb etc CAD work to make it laminar and also simulating the turbulance response in MatLab post my exams in december.

This is just a snippet.

Btw, i opened up a WD inside this and kept it open for 20 mins. Blew some air using the hand puffer just to be safe and closed it back appropriately.
Media test shows all access in DeepSpar :)

Waiting for the AirFlow meter to calc the CFM but I can assure the wind blast is quite large.

This one does quite better than a standard class 100.
I dont have any expensive particle counters but even if I had it, what would be the difference in tolerance? 10 to 15% Min/Max ?

thanks

Also to add, dust will always be a vector point function. So in future, using the same particle counter I will be coding it in such a way that multiple of the counters can give data to a single DSP yielding an averaged value of all the vector point values.

Thanks

Results so far. I can transplant heads successfully. The particle count is really really low. The room requires basic priming which aids to achieve this kind of result in non isolated environments.
My next attempt is to make a fully isolated one. So far, the way to filter the air successfully is quite done.

I know its noisy, I have to work on the noise isolation bit aswell. :)
NO intention to sell this but surely I am going to get certifications on just one piece that I build for my lab.
