I would just like to update everyone about the HDRC company owned my Mr. Gaurav.

It seems like a lot of members think its a scam or a con.
Many people have slandered Mr. Gaurav of HDRC and Eddie from Droid IT Ltd
without knowing all of the facts.

The main reason for this is likely because of rivals in the data recovery industry
and other data recovery companies who do not want anyone knowing about their secrets.

Today I received a parcel from HDRC and it contained a full set of read write tools
for both the 2.5 and 3.5 drives.

The first thing to say about these tools are that a great deal ot time and effort must of went into the
design since they are very well made. The actual concept of the tools is great.

I also want to tell you that these are the best tools I have seen for sale on the internet
for quality and ease of use.

This is not a sales pitch because I have no affliation with the company but I was very impressed with the
tools that I received today.

I would recommend that you go to the website below and order your tools now!

Well, I've got some unanswered questions. What do they look like? How many did you get? Are the tools adjustable, or pre-set thicknesses? If so, did you get enough to cover all major platter/spacer spacings?

They may be great tools, but I'm not sure how someone is supposed to tell. Usually, it's the seller's job to, well... SELL. The description was incomplete at best. Also, I went to the link, and the first thing I notice is that they are "A well known Data Recovery Center". Maybe it's a language barrier, but it doesn't inspire confidence in my language. Reading further, it seems their business model is to cater to beginner data recovery technicians. In the FAQ, one of the questions is "Can you tell me how a hard disk works?".

Then there's the fake posters saying fake wonderful things about them and their products, and the owner who attacks everyone, then the posts disappear. The owner might be a wonderful guy, but how would we know?

If you have pictures of what you received, and perhaps a success report, maybe I'll place an order, mostly out of curiosity.

Hi yes the tools are a adjustable for diffrent height.

i was thinking of posting some clear photos but i think people would just copy there idea.

there has been a lot of thought into making this tool.

i will be doing more test and post back here later on

there business is possible for beginners but allso data recovery technicians too.
they are showing us what other companys dont want us to know about.
we all know it is a secret business.

a lot of people dont know how hard drives work in the first place and that a must learn right away
before you do any data recovery.
you got to know how a hard drive works and what each part does.

allso to point out the fake post could be from the owner or sales people or workers
trying to get there business going.

but it can allso be from there rivals who dont want us to get hold of these great tools.

the guy who posted in the forum said that he went to there business and said awful things
about them.
but he allso is in the data recovery business

look at salvation data how people dog this company in the forum saying there products
are crap and dont touch them.
but if you do a search on the net
there is no one complaining about there products.
same goes with this company no one is complaining or moaning about there tools

There is no problem, they will be copyrighted by HDRC. It is HDRC problem with any illegal copying, not your problem.

By the remark that you made, you are an HDRC customer aren't you ! If you are affiliated with HDRC is the reason for no quality images so far, because HDRC is worried about illegal copying. Only HDRC should be worried if there product hasn't worldwide copyrights.

Post as many full size pictures of good quality, there is nothing to stop you doing this. At least let the community see, all of the product you have bought.

Purchasers want pictures. Thieves will buy one, copy, and make thousands. Frankly, the price is cheap enough to be a no-brainer if it's remotely useful. I just hate being scammed, and I like to know what I'm buying before I buy it. Pictures takes care of both problems. If you really want to help sell their products, the best thing you could do is post some pictures.

So far, my opinion of HDRC hasn't changed in the slightest since my above post.

Hello,

I am also interesting in see the photos, i am interesting in buying the tool. ( but i dont have 100% sure ) if i will get the tool.
I send an email to HDRC but i am waiting for a reply.
About the copy off they products it easy to copy, in the youtube you can see some videos showing the tool, so just to see the size off al disk´s and make the tool, but if you make just one to five, the price will be higher, in that case i prefer to buy from HDRC.

Thanks
ZeBong

I looked around their videos, and understand how they work now. It's a shame they don't take Paypal or credit cards, as I'm deciding whether it would be easier to figure out a bank transfer, or just make my own.

They are very stupid for not posting pictures of their products on their website. A drawing doesn't do much for me.

Craig6928,

Do you have much success with the tools from HDRC? I also have these tools, but would just be interested to know how well they work for you. :-)

Dellguy,

Believe you me, the equivalent of £200,000 of R&D has so far gone into my System P.Ex which is nearing its release date - months late, because of the sheer complexity and intricacy of it.

I can assure you that, although "easier and quicker to make my own" might be easier and quicker than getting a response from HDRC, but not when it comes to making a platter exchanger tool !!

Cheers

Duncan

up to know we have had a very high success rate using hdrc tools
but they can be improved a little bit you have to be careful as the headstack can slip out
of the tool if your not careful.

toshiba drive and allso seagate work like a charm.

seagate 100% recovered data secure

toshba drive we still working on as its a bigger problem

we are waiting on our uk side to send us the photos of each tools
so we can show members what they are like.
like i say up to know these are the best tools i have come across on the net

I've ordered these HDRC tools too, to see what they're like.

I'll do full tests and post review and pics as soon as I can.
