I could not help but notice that Andrei Shirobokov is or was both Chief Technology Officer for Ace and Deepspar. Also Deepspar has ACE Data Recovery Engineering canada address.
Is Deepspar a sister company of Ace?

It is the same company. ACE is their legal name and Deepspar is brand name/trade mark/marketing or whatever it is. ACE Data Recovery Inc is who the checks must be addressed to if you want to buy anything from them anyhow.

In my opinion, Deepspar and ACE are business partner. Deepspar help ACE publicize products, and sell products!
