I'm looking for what seems to be a fairly elusive pcb with 3.AAK firmware and ST chipset. Here's what I have that's toast:

ST3320620AS
Firmware: 3.AAK
P/N: 9BJ14G-308
Date Code: 08091
Site Code: SU

It has the ST chipset. This is the info printed on the ST chip:
ST
V520AA
Seagate
AAZZAAA
9E640005
99058
MYS 99714
