@Banky, have you e-mailed them to tell them what particular tools you need? They will then add them to the production schedule and tell you when to expect them to be ready.

Pretty cool tools, but why are they always out of stock?
You manufacture after the order is made?

Sometimes tools are in stock, but they are sold quickly. Let me know which tools you are interested in, i will add your order to the plan of manufacture. When the tools are will be ready, you will be able to make a payment, and finally tools will be sent.

Hi ,
In My First lot i am interested in the following .Will appreciate some combined discount as we are in india and not canada/usa or Europe where they charge good amount from clients .

Seagate

1 : Seagate Freeplay 4D - > http://en.er-tools.com/catalog/item/1839
2 : Seagate Momenteus 2D - > http://en.er-tools.com/catalog/item/1830

Samsung

1 : Samsung M8 Series -> http://en.er-tools.com/catalog/item/1838

PS : Toshiba And Hitachi 3.5" and 2.5" Have Become Very Very Common And We Are Expecting People like you to make cheap good quality tools for those also .Also Please consider some tools for Western Digital 2.5" HDD also .They Have Alarmingly High Head Stick Issue And The Technique Of Actually unsticking then is different .Might be i can pm you that if you like .Also are you considering making Head Ramps Tool Kits Alone Like They have in China .

PS2 : Would Be interested To Resell Your Tools As Official Distributor In India If You Like Me To .

PS3 : If i feel that the quote for shipping is high then i might add few 3.5" family head combs also

Ask free if you have additional questions or ideas :) I answer to PM about purchasing or any other commercial offers, all other questions can be discussed here.

P.S. And please, keep in mind, it's really hard to understand something, when all the words begin from big letter... :? :? :?

hdd2fix, you aren't wrong, tool coming out with a little resistance. To take off the tool just pull it carefully, in fact it's not complicated. But before try to use any tool on client's hard drive, i recommend to train with your own disks. Experience is very important.

Hello ,
In My Opinion Mounting The Top Screw on HSA Helps a Lot in Proper Tool Removal

Thanks a lot Amarbir for your interest and support, many thanks to all guys who already use my tools in data recovery, and want more new tools for other hard drives! All of the tools above will be available soon. And be sure, all interesting news i will post here 8)

About small boxes for storing tools - it's a good idea, i think it must be something anti static with dust proof feature... Need to think about it more

Hi,
My Suggestion For boxes would Be As Under

1 : Small Box [ 1 Toolset Per Box ]
2 : Mid Range Box [ 1 complete Family Tools Per Box ]
3 : Large Range Box [ 1 Complete Unit With Storage For All Drive Family ]

I Really Appreciate If No 1 And No 2 Suggestion Could Be Handled Soon so that We Could Store your Sensitive Tools " As Plexiglass Is More Fragile Then Aluminium Thats Used In HDDSurgery Tools " . Hddsurgury has amazing boxes made out of wood and carved using his CNC Machine
