Only place you can buy a real PC3000, but UDMA is discontinued and replaced with UDMA-E and Express.

no, there is no way to achieve "legally" with full access to... a second hand.
according to ace's EULA it dies with the original owner who ace sold it to

But, I have confirmed that Ace will not transfer the licensing so you'll be stuck with whatever software version they provide and won't be able to get updates or support ever. Not worth it in my opionion, as it'll cost you more in the long run.
