I assume there are plenty of matching donors out there, the thing is, the details you have provided - assuming you need it for head replacement - is not enough IMHO

I would focus on:

head map, platform ID, Preamp info
the P/N barcode on the the bottom of the HDD can help you with that, but this info can easily get using PC3K, (since you own it).

After we get a quote for matching donor we usually ask for head map and other necessary info.

the thing is, you asking here for helping you finding a matching donor, but the lack of those details would be hard to help you out

at least provide the P/N barcode, of course a pic. of the HDDs label will do

PS IMHO it should be opposite, first you find a match and then ask a quote
