$985.72

or if you fully freeze the drive yourself (see youtube) you can save $37.55

of course this is New Zealand dollars, the standard currency in Forensical Guesswork.

Maybe you should start by describing what did happen to the data ?

Did the drive stop working ?

Full drive model ?

Did you erase the data yourself ? If so did you write more stuff to the drive (DO NOT DO THIS) ?

Did you open the drive lid ? (DO NOT DO THIS AS WELL)...

Etc .. Etc ...

Depending on the answers / problems the price will not be the same.

If you erase files and you didn't write anything else to the drive it might be easy to recover data with something like R-Studio as long as you didn't write anything else to the same partition over-writing the old data (on this case is un-recoverable).

If the drive stop working it can be many things like firmware issue, damaged head(s)/pre-amp, or even PCB ...

Did the drive fall on the ground ? Did it fall while it was working ? Etc ...
