Does anyone have a PATA-SATA SSD adapter for PC3K they would be willing to sell?

There are plenty on the Internet. Cheap.

Do they have another name? I’ve searched a lot and couldn’t find them anywhere

Is it used for PS3109 3110?

If you ask Google for PATA-SATA adapter you'll get plenty. Check in graphics. Those are the same as ACE has.

Yes that's right.
Ah I think I've misunderstood what the adapter does, but I think I get it now. So would things like these work just as well?

bridge chip make is important because some brands limit the commands to the set documented in T13 ata specs. It was long time ago but i had some with JM20330 bridge chip, which is used on the ACElab adapter as well.
the one Melvin linked may have the same IC, but i can't really read it on the photo...

Here is a discussion about SATA-IDE bridges:
https://groups.google.com/g/datarecoverycertification/c/Jk-tLajVHxw/m/QZ47qgceAgAJThe bridges are pinout compatible and bidirectional, but you need to be aware whether they are configured for a SATA host and IDE device, or IDE host and SATA device,

Have 3 different JM20330 based bridges, including the one from Ace, they all work fine.

I just ordered this one, will see how it goes

That bridge is an unknown quantity, but the marking on the rear of the PCB ("20330") suggests that it may be a JM20330 clone.
