PS. The drive has been worked with before and the 3rd digit of the 1st set of numbers on FW has been marked over. I cannot read the 3rd digit, but I believe it is a 0. My assumption is that the digits are alphanumerics, so the digit could be a number or letter. Is that correct? And, is there another way to find out what this digit is. Customer does not recall when/where previous work was done.
