Since its release day in October 2008, Data Compass has been the hot-selling and most talked-about gear in the DR industry. Though Data Compass is selected by many professional data recovery companies, we’ve noticed that some of the clients hope to try Data Compass first to see if it works as it is stated or expected, especially under this discouraging financial environment. Therefore, the US Authorized Reseller – PC Ware House holds this Data Compass Tryout in North America from Feb 2009.

PCWare House will provide sample units of Data Compass to potential clients for test and evaluation. All DR companies can take participate in this program, and those companies who have been customers of SalvationDATA have the privilege, especially for our return clients who have strong interest in evaluating Data Compass before purchasing. The purposes of this program are:

To Encourage potential clients to invest wisely;
To reduce the risk of investment in the recession;
To show our confidence on our product.
In order to ensure the event can achieve the best result, we hope all candidates can read the following remarks carefully:

I replied to his email with the content of this post and have not heard anything back from him since. I also notice that laura has posted here since this post and has not responded to this issue.

Okay, so I figured out that there's a very important link missing from the post.

However still haven't heard anything from James. Now that it is too late to get the RAID functionality for free I'm significantly less interested in purchasing the device.
