 Post subject: need help with a seagate 7200.11

i have a seagate 7200.11 model no st3500820as i was getting information from it slowly but i guess the head was failing. now it doesnt read anything. i dont have the exact same drive but need to get the info from it. i am guessing i have to do a head swap. any idea which drive will be best option

7200.10 st3500830as
7200.10 st3250820as

Offcourse; this is like organ donation; you dont want to put the liver of an elephant into a leapard!
Search for same familiy; exact same model and country where the drive was made; preferably same partnumber and firmware.
Must say that your chances are very slim to make this work.
Better to practise on some other drives with no important data if you would like to do it yourself.
Good luck; you'll need it.
