That sort of post is hardly going to install confidence in the DR community.

When posting on the SD forum it takes a while for the post to display as it needs to be evaluated. I suspect not all posts will be displayed.

And still none of them have responded to me on any of my posts about fixing the MERC2 ROM corruption issue. I have offered to provide them the correct commands and it would take them about 30 seconds to fix in their utility.

No offense Laura but, SD quality and support has been dropping like a rock for the past year. I want SD to succeed with its goals but with poor quality and poor support don’t be surprised if end users post unsavory comments. A rom problem has plagued the WD tool for over a year now to the point that I use pc3k or an external rom reader. A rom problem with the Seagate tool was recently discovered and you do nothing. I’m getting the feeling like SD could care less about its products.

Got that same email. So Laura has not been with SD since July 31 but managed to write the above post ten days later while representing SD....Weird...

Laura really got out of SD, was one of the last to buy it, in my humble opinion the best fights of any tool or not is pure nonsense, when we know that a satisfied customer with good service and back your data regardless of tool used date or method of recovery is what matters, the purpose of the forum is to help each other, the market is for all, the client decides to which company the DR wants to do his service doi each knows where the pocket is worth your money when
