What version of the utility? I've had trouble getting them to interoperate.

Version 3.5 would do.

Haven't installed that one yet. This is from 3.42, let me know if it doesn't work.

I had to reload 3.42 back on my computer to get it to work but the res file worked great. I'm 99.9% sure the pcb is corrupting the data stream. Thanks.
