I think its that important especially for european customers of SD
that I open a new topic for it too:

For those who want to have a deeper explanation of the SD tools
they might attend a 2 days course in Europe.

The piece "As the leader of data recovery technology and data recovery solution" makes me think it's BS :O)

Lets get some real training from a Seagate/Fuji+Tosh/HGST FA engineer ;o)
