Hello Guys, I found some new comments on SD tools and it's interesting to read, actually I am one of those who have all SD tools and I am more confident by the following link:

http://www.datarecoverytools.co.uk/2009 ... ery-tools/

In fact, I like the data compass, for HD Doctor suite and flash doctor, a little difficult but I am getting through. In my opinion, ST and WD are very good tool for recommendation.

SD email:

Dear Mr. Thatdellguy,

Sorry we don’t know your true name but only this world-famous name.
From so many posts you have put in HDDGURU and SD Forum, we are sure you are such a free data recovery expert, who have so much time EVERYDAY.

You just don’t do your job like repairing hard disk or doing data recovery but put junk posts in every possible place to complain about SD products. You should be one well-educated employee of our competitors', with the only job reading & replying posts for the competitors' tools and against SD tools. You must be one of the highest salary Beneficiaries in the competitor's payroll. Anyway, your vocational spirit deserves many people to learn from because you are such a hardworking guy.

However, from all the posts in SD forum, we think you are not constructive but have made a lot of trouble for all the forum users. For this problem we have well communicated with each other before. And you have promised that you won’t do these troubles again because you also think it is not right. But unfortunately, you didn’t keep your words and continue putting evil-aimed posts. Your suggestions are not helpful to users solving problems so we finally have decided to remove your username from the VIP Client list.

If you would like to put this mail in certain forum or send to other people, please copy the whole content of the mail, but not a certain paragraph or sentence, which may mislead the readers. We trust you are always an honest & kind-hearted guy.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Best Regards!

I wasn't even told which post they disliked. They just assumed my posts were against the company and not helpful. They even choose to use some of my suggestions. I don't get SD...

Perhaps the one, where you taught them to set up an ftp site correctly with read/write permissions.

That was definitely too much ... hope you will survive

At least - Dmitry is open minded

And sorry, I cant resist:

I doubt this text is from Mr. Liang - wonder whether he even knows about this email.
A very complicated company structure protecting him against outer world influence
and in doing this protecting their own positions.

As you might remember - months and months no acceptable manuals - then a contract
with "pohere" to write them. After sending the first (perfect) manual and expecting the
shipment of the agreed tool for compensation (hardware value $ 50,-) SD had a big
internal change in staff and the new "lady boss Sus..." refused to keep their word.

So, whenever one of you guys read a mail from SD with the words ..... "you are a friend...."
think on above - friends do not cheat.

So far for Christmas

Dear Mr. Thatdellguy,

Thanks for your reply.

First of all, I’m not Alex. This is the manager email box. Only manager can access it. I know you from our sales representative, such as Alex, Selina, and even our webmaster. You are real famous.

Secondly, I don’t mean to threaten. I would like a REAL communication not only useless complains. If you really care us, it is so easy for you to find that we are caring our customers and taking their REAL suggestions. Please visit our website:
http://www.salvationdata.com/Improvemen ... stion.html
I believe you can feel our truth from these. But what you have done just put all of our efforts to the floor! Both us are really upset by what you have done. And your behavior makes us think we are foolish.

I think you are a gentleman, so could you choose the right way to reflect the problem? Such as give some REAL suggestion instead of complains. And one thing is very IMPORTANT. Please esteem our efforts! We have our own way to solve problem and improve our tools. Don’t always want us to do the way you like! We are not a small company, so maybe you can’t understand some procedure when we solve the problems.

If you have any question or suggestion, you can email me.

Thanks

Best Regards!

This is very strange that Mr Liang writes this to you. He can not speak a word of English or write one either. He needs to have someone in the company translate all his messages for him from English. In the business structure of China the owner of a company would not send off an email to a single person. It seem very strange that who ever did this one is acting on their own or has taken matter into their own hands and has used his name.

These messages are very badly written and especially the last one that you have received. I do belive that the new boss is angry and now fighting back with out the permission of Mr Liang on this one. I do know when I speak out against them and say what is the truth I am contacted and asked why I do this and why I am upset over all this. I know that the company uses the people there to do their dirty work and it seems to me that you are part of this and someone there has been instructed to do this and do the dirty work for someone else. Since the change over in the structure mamy promises has been given and not one of them has been honored. So now I do believe this is another one of the big new boss trying hard to protect her new position and is instructing one of the others to send this off to you. I am sorry to hear this one but seems to me you are not the only one speaking out on this and guess more and more people will be banded soon from this forum.

Well whoever it really is, they had the power to ban me from the SD forum. Not a huge loss in my books. If SD wants me to chit chat in a public forum instead of a private one so be it. In my opinion this was a bad step for SD because of all the negative publicity it would produce. I just want my tools to work the way they state they should work. People do get tired of being bent over and lied to constantly.

This company is unable and unwilling to learn. As I know that some of them do and will
read posts in this forum:

Whoever is misbehaving, cheating and fooling people (customers), acts in disrespect of
the good and fine working technicians and "small" employees of their own company.

We have a saying in german - its:.... "lies have short legs"

Baning a complaining customer (which means he gives you valuable information) is a
stupid act. You transform a still supporting customer into an opponent.

You have fine and supporting technicians, but they wont save your business - as far
as it concerns the readers and possible customers out of this forum.

Infact, I gave up a while ago, shouldnt write such posts, they wont change anything.
And finally after "burning the earth" outside China - China is the market which will
remain for you ... but how long? - Do chinese people accept such treatment?
