Hi
I will need help with this drive.
WD2500BEVT-00ZCT0
When I connect to WD Doctor and power this drive show ready. There is a few clicks before that.
Load from HDD, I try Black I and Royl, Low Speed, disk cannot be recognized and status is now error.
Back up FW, there are no modules but i can see all tracks. I scan all tracks and all of them are OK.
Under Black I shows head map 0 1 2 and under Royl 0 1 2 3 , Reading ROM completed.
I do Read/Write test and report says 0 and 1 head read-only.
If it is FW issue did someone have it or what I need to do next?
Thanks.
