Could You tell me if you have ever had a problem with Hard Copy II, like the unit hang up when we try to clone a hard drive of 2 Tb

Could you plz ask their CEO/Support Team about the promises of the: Time-Line whatever UPDATES which they published LONG time ago
and post here their replies about that.
