 Post subject: WD2500 fails head test but head is good!

-Will not come ready or load from HD.
-After hot swap will read all primary f/w mods but will not read any secondary mods.
-Heads test: 0,2,3,4,5 pass but head 1 fails completely with 200 read failures.
-After head swap, identical result with heads test (and the 2 lines above that) BUT with patient heads on donor drive all heads pass heads test!
What is going on?
