Need help to unlock that WD drive

Hello
I have to unlock a WD hdd shown in image1
the general clear pswd button return an error message like image 3
i use clear password button and its unlocked like image2
but when i power off and on the hdd remains unlocked
please help

I don't know if your model is one of those that disables SA access when a password is set, but if it is, then one possible way to gain access is to use a compatible PCB with the wrong adaptives, or flash the existing PCB with a non-native ROM image. Then you will be able to gain access to the SA in low speed mode.
