It is loading into kernel mode. To fix, it will be based on the cause of the issue: 1. PCB is the cause - reprogram replacement PCB with ROM 2. Translator - fix the translator 3. Heads - replace the heads 4. Surface damage in SA - try a smart hot swap As you are asking the question, I have to assume that you don't have the facilities, equipment or experience to deal with these issues. So, you are better off outsourcing to a lab who is able and willing to do the work for you at a discounted price. Most labs give 10-20% re-seller discounts. |
