I connect a WD5000bevt drive an the HD shows busy and after that shows Err
How to repair please

the status is ready and when i want to load hdd Hd doctor shows the error

Seems like firmware is not read for some reason.
Can you describe the drive's physical behavior after power on?

Probably you will find that spindle is stopped, and is a physical issue.

Actually i had a WD MY BOOK that freezes reading the plist and i cannot acces the data also because of the damage and the drive cannot be detected without the usb controller board from WD. Can i do something about it doing that?
