the status is ready and when i want to load hdd Hd doctor shows the error help please |

Seems like firmware is not read for some reason. Can you describe the drive's physical behavior after power on? |

Probably you will find that spindle is stopped, and is a physical issue. |

Actually i had a WD MY BOOK that freezes reading the plist and i cannot acces the data also because of the damage and the drive cannot be detected without the usb controller board from WD. Can i do something about it doing that? |
