after the new year

I have tested their sales department to buy a DC.
They replied the next day.
When I questioned them about the support on the forum, not a word...

well they like to support the asian market the most then anywhere else
because of the Language issues.
and they can just sell the new hardware on the asian market only and no where else.

data compass is a good tool but no updates yet
this can do a lot more for sure.

Hi,

They sell very good and promise a lot of thinks. But many of them not happen and You should wait. They promised a lot of updates last year, but we get only part of them. Only last year we get update to support 2 years old Hitachi drives on HD Doctor.

I have regrets for buying HD Doctor Suite, before pay they anwsered all emails so quickly.. after pay.. support is a crap, remote support very poor and i could'nt get any tip. Run from Salvation Data.
