Access to an unnamed file was denied- HD doctor Maxtor 1.45

I downloaded the new version HD doctor Maxtor 1.45

He can not finish because this message: Access to an unnamed file was denied
under Windows 7
Can you help me

Do you mean
1) the download couldnt finish ? or
2) the installation couldnt finish? or
3) when running the program, after successful instalation, the program could not finish starting up?

I think if 1, contact SD
if 2, check in eventlog for any errors in the "setup" log, and also look in application logs. Otherwise try some sysinternal tools to monitor file access
if 3) do the same as 2, or try and find exactly which file has an issue.

Have you contacted SD about it?
