ST2000DM001 Wrong LBA cant read sectors

Drive would not spin up. Swapped PCB and moved rom. Drive spins and identifies correctly except for lba. Stays spinning no clicks. Cant read any sectors.

Any help appreciated.

Looks like bad heads or bad media.
have you got experience on heads replacement?
if not and data is importnatr externalize it?

Can be dead preamplifier or other problem inside the HDA. Hard to tell more precisely having only information above.
