I was wondering if anyone could provide me insight of this product
Any useful features, pros and cons about the product.

Also Cost i tried to contact there support 2-3 times but they never responded.
Any help is appreciated

Surely this should be enough of a hint to discount SD gear from your "to acquire" list

Salvation Data tools from my experience are not good tools, suport is very poor too, and last mounths we can report problems in the company.

I have actually heard people say good things about the DATA Compass. Though maybe not about any kind of support.. or very quick updates for newer drives

i have to say that data compass is the best they did.
