yes, I have SD tools

my problem may be

ATA/ ROM damage

The HDD shows a "Ready" status but when performing "load from HDD" the drives fails and show an "error" status

I have the original FW but it's seem corrupted because when performing "load from file" doesn't give me FW map

btw your SD tools in WD are the worst,, never rely on it
even with FW too stupid to handle cases
