Toshiba hdd get ready but not detect

Hi,

I have a Toshiba 500GB MK5055GSXN, when connect to DC goes Ready but when I try, for example, read LBA it becomes blocked.

On HD Doctor becomes Ready as well but when try to Load from HDD becomes Very Busy and no answer.

No answer either from Terminal Mode (got just a strong dot) ...

Any ideas?

The disk was not dropped, stopped working sudently ....

Could be a suspect head or a firmware issue.

Dunno about salvation, but in pc3k one can read LBA via the utility (using a software translator).

get id and goto translator regeneration and clear g list

I keep it powerd 5 min afther that, when I try to Load from HDD, it's give me the same Very Busy and I conn't get id

the problem solved, and I start restore files, but with some block sectors

I connect HDD with HD doctor for toshiba and try to get id, it give me "very busy"
after a while "20 min" it turn to ready and then connect Data compass and open HDD from HD doctor for toshiba it's give me the partitions.
