HI EVERYONE I HAVE DOWNLOAD ALOT OF HD Doctor for Western Digital VIRGINS BUT NO ONE OF THEM WORK CAN YOU GIVE ME A GOOD ONE CUZ I WANNA TELL YOU ABOUT MY PROBLEM I HAVE UNPLUGGED MY HARD FROM MY LAPTOP AND MAKE IT EXTERNAL HARD BUT I CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO IT CUZ IT'S PROTECTED AND I CAN'T DO ANY THING TO IT THANK YOU MY FRIENDS |

Thank you my friend in my case what should i do to format my laptop's hard but in external way cuz i sell my laptop |

If the laptop is yours, then you can unlock it when the hdd is internally connected to the laptop (in its original hdd bay) and reset/clear the hdd password in the CMOS. Never the less this will only work if you know the hdd password. Next step: 1) If your system was originally sold including Windows If you would erase the hdd externally - you would also erase the (hidden) recovery partition. This recovery partition is necessary to reinstall the Windows (on this laptop) with all its necessary drivers - but without all private data and without all software installed after the laptop was started the first time. So if you do that, you make it more complicated to get the laptop usable again.... 2) If your system was originally sold/baught without a Windows license you can proceed to erase it (after unlocking the hdd). *** If the laptop is protected with a hdd password (which you dont know), you need to surch for "unlocking / resetting hdd password". ++ |
